OMFG that is awesome!!!! My insides hurt from laughing at that!!!!!!!!
Someone has already posted this here, but I don't see a shred of humor in that. He could have fallen out and splattered himself all over the ground. You are right, she should be sueing. I bet she was laughing because either a) as just a defense mechanism or b) because she wasn't aware that he was being serious.
I have to admit I found this really hilarious although I'm sure it was extremely traumatic for the child. I only found it funny though, because the woman is laughing and obviously has NO CLUE that the poor kid almost fell out of his seat...and so she's cracking up laughing thinking that he's just being dramatic, and he's screaming and crying and the juxtaposition of the two I find pretty funny.
edit: oh, and I don't think the kid could have fallen

I agree with Mes.![]()

I just don't have the "Laugh at fat people" or the "Hate gay people" gene, and in fact observing either response has tended to make me saddish-angry since I was a kid.
If you have a sense of caring for others, you will manifest a kind of inner strength in spite of your own difficulties and problems. With this strength, your own problems will seem less significant and bothersome to you. By going beyond your own problems and taking care of others, you gain inner strength, self-confidence, courage, and a greater sense of calm.Dalai Lama
But it's got nothing to do with him being fat.And I must say I dislike the title of this thread.

Bwahahaha!Hang on your cow avatar is distracting me. My problem was that he was in an actual life threatening situation. He wasn't the one being stupid.. it was whoever designed the ride or let him on the ride who was being stupid. They should have video taped those people watching the roller coaster.
Don't run away Neenee, who's going to feed me taxis if you go?

I don't think he was...I think he just slipped down in his seat into a more "uncomfortable" situation, not a life threatening one. There is obviously a strap around his waste and in between his legs, so there is no way he was going anywhere. His butt just slipped off the seat a little, but he was still completely restrained, uncomfortably. At least that's how I see it. Feel free to correct me if you think I'm wrong. But I wouldn't find it funny if I thought someone really was in a life threatening situation.
OMG chill out people - the kid is fine, had he fallen out and splattered on the floor then yes, it would be a different story, but this is no different from the plethora of other funny videos on youtube where we laugh at the misfortune of others...![]()
Yes us silly sod's and our slang.
I have to agree with Nina, do you really think they would let a kid on that ride if that was going to happen? That's why they have height restrictions deary! Also it looks like he slipped down in the seat, but if you look at his waist you can see it's securely strapped in.

The kid couldn't fall off, there's a belt on the bottom, it's hard to see, but it's there (not to mention that his/her (?) arms would have to rip off to fall out).
Hence I laughed.
Um, what about all the people they "let on the ride" who ended up dying or getting their limbs amputated??
Actually, I don't laugh at other people's misfortunes, but that's just me.
I am very disappointed that I am getting eyes rolled at me for not laughing at a terrified kid. Why exactly is it wrong of me to not find this funny??
I'm not having a go at you for not finding it funny, I'm just saying chances are, he was completely safe.
Besides most accidents oocur when people do stupid things like put their arms our of the vehicle or stand up ect.

Mes please don't take it personally, I don't think that the eye roll was directed at you...but more so everyone who was bickering in this thread. I find it quite admirable that you don't laugh at other's misfortune...you're a better person than me. I just can't help it...people are SO funny sometimes!!! I mean, is there anything funnier than watching people fall down??Of course, I don't laugh if they are actually injured.

What we should really be discussing is the humour or lack there of found in this picture:

Hahaha
Man, the poor kid is having a near death experience and the woman just keeps on laughing...
I feel for the kid though. I once had a similar experience where I (thought) I was about to fall off a rollercoaster ride. Very scary. Can't say i'm too comfortable with rollercoasters after that
