Ha ha I just answered your other post saying I did not watch much tv, well I did go through a phase of watching survivor. It would crack me up watching those people and how the would deceive each other and be so ruthless for money. I was glad when that guy Ethan (sp?) won because he was the only one who stayed true to himself and he was rewarded. He also was real hot and nice to look at, ha ha.

I just read on the net the other day that the first winner Richard is getting done for fraud or something, ha ha, he was the worst at fucking people over, good old karma.

Amazing race, I’ve caught a few shows and they crack me up even more, those people just get so freaking intense and don't really seem to enjoy traveling around the world for free at all.

It depends, there are some original ones, but a lot of them are really stupid/copies of the other 4853485 ones exactly like them.

I'm going to watch other people, dysfunctional people may i add with serious problems one way or the other, have a life while i waste mine away watching people living their life. I'd rather watch wood rot.

I hate them all! They are the worst excuse for entertainment our stagnating culture has developed yet! I absolutely loath the shows on VH1 now because they used to have somewhat informative and smart shows that actually made you more knowledgable from watching. I used to watch the Discovery channel as well but now loath to turn it on because all they show are fricken home renovation and cooking shows!

reality shows, argh. I hate them, and shows that try to incorperate reality tv show aspects into them... I guess they're the reason I dont watch much TV, since its either stupid cartoons (Why dont they show more FUN ones, instead of all this stupid kiddie/girlie anime crap. >:l), commercials, or reality shows.

Anyway...

I dunno...I mean, the general idea of reality TV came from Japan -- you know, those Japanese and their wacky programming. Even America's Funniest Home Video was ripped off from a Japanese show. Still, it's all just become so monotonous (i.e. people arguing, bitching, freaking out, etc.), and boring. I'd rather watch my Star Trek DVDs than the Fear Factor Couples Finale anyday.

I watched the second Survivor...mainly because Elisabeth was smokin'...thats about it though. The concept itself is decent, but it's been way overdone.

reality shows are the dregs of television programming that some sad, sad fat hairy person in their mother's cellar conceived. then a bunch of sad, sad, but not quite as hairy people watched it. this story brought to you by mastercard
