That was weird!

My favorite dances were always after the homecoming games. Prom pretty much sucked. Lot's of expense and no fun

I vote "Pity Party." I'm really not that fond of dancing unless I'm with very close friends, around whom I feel very comfortable.

Besides, who wouldn't prefer eating eroneous amounts of crap food and watching movies, etc?

I missed my prom, I didn't really like the people at my school and the people ended going up to the G8 summit for the demonstrations, so that was that over with. No way in hell I was going.

I am involved in the fund raising for the Summer Ball next year, which I should be going to. (lo upper sixth has only raised £200 and it's in a few weeks for them, we however, are at £1000 and we have over a year )

I've never been to a school dance. But I am going to the prom on the 29th. A lot of the people at my school aren't the greatest, but I wanted to do something senior-ish, since I'm not going to walk at graduation. Take pictures, Bizzle!

What the hell is a "morp"?? I know it's "prom" backwards, but wtf? And cheep skates?? Is that like a dance at a roller rink or something?

I've never been to a school dance. Can't get dates....

Just so you know, splash, I actually go to the Prom only when they offer rich food to go with it (mmm, breadsticks and cookies), then I go into a tight private corner all alone and play my GBASP/DS all night long! Now that is what I call a great night!!

I don't go to dances... it's not my thing really. But I am planning to learn to breakdance just so I can start breakdancing right in the middle of a slow dance Though I probably will never be able to, but meh!

it's the opposite of prom, hence you dress is something hideous. i've never been to morp, i could never pull off the look

Drunken Prom date! Nothing like seeing some attractive gal all made up, in a nice dress, and puking her guts out in the parking lot!

I never used drugs or alcohol at any of the dances, I always relied on the music to get me high

Hey, what is better than fancy food like chocolate from a fountain, and cookies as far as the eye can see on the fancy table? I bet maybe even the Senior 'Dinner' Dance might be better, as long as they don't serve alcohol, or there could be maniacs dancing the night away!

They did at my prom and various dances. Nothing like a little “uh, uh, uh, uh, stayin’ alive, stayin’ alive” to get kids on the dance floor acting like morons. Oh wait... we do that anyway.

Which makes you all the more fun. I was ‘weird’ in high school, too. In fact, I’m still weird and though I sometimes wonder what it’s like to be normal, I wouldn’t have it any other way. So, hey, let’s go! You anywhere near the Netherlands?

I liked my prom well enough, but I got severe food poisoning from it. The meat at our dinner tasted funny, but we had been told not to eat anything that day because we’d be having a big meal that evening. Needless to say, a whole bunch of us were absent from school for the next two days. =/
