It's Extremely rare that a professional porn star or professional sex worker gets a disease. I would imagine there are many rules put in place to ensure that all the people in the industry are safe. Especially if it's the workers' main source of income. A crack ho on the other hand is definately what you stay away from.

Pornography has been around for centuries. So... whoever "invented" it probably died.

As for modern porn, its been around a good while... whoever started that is probably dead to.
