I'd probably eat them all. A few germs here and there are good for you -- they give your immune system something to practice on.
The following scenarios are actual experiences that have happened to me recently.
Scenario #1.
You unwrap your soft taco (from Taco Bell in my case) to add some sauce to it and notice, what appears to be a fingernail mingled in with the lettuce. You analyze the mysterious debris, yet you can't fully determine whether or not its a fingernail or perhaps just a mishappen piece of lettuce.
You toss the suspicious element in the garbage and now the question comes...Do you eat the rest of taco or no?
Scenario #2.
A wasp lands in your uncovered Frosty (chocolate milkshake treat) and scampers around the frozen surface. Apparently, he's been frolicking about the surface for quite some time, cuz he has left a number of tracks.
After shooing it away do you continue to finish your Frosty or do you toss it?
Scenario #3.
Your at a deli and the guy making your sandwich coughs and covers his mouth with the back of his hand. He goes on to finish preparing your sandwich.
Even though he coughed on the back of his hand, do you feel that his germs may have still found their way onto your sandwich or do you say "screw it...I'm sure the rest of his hands are still clean"?

Mynd you, møøse bites Kan be pretty nasti...
Fuck that !
I'd happily dole out another $20 to replace the food. If I had to choose , I'd eat the frosty
'cause I'm confident the wasp wasn't whackin' it before he got there .
As far as a few germs being good for the immune system I agree. Just not the lung
debris of the deli guy or maybe the fecal matter under some punks nails. NASTY!!!![]()

Honestly, I ate the taco (because I was already back at my office by that time) and the Frosty. However, I didn't accept the sandwich and had someone else make me a new one.

I'd eat the Frosty for sure....the other two are tough calls....depends on how hungry I am.
Let's not kid ourselves folks...do you have any idea how often we eat disgusting shit without knowing it?
The average person has probably eaten about a dozen burgers that have been spit on in their life...more if they tend to hit the late-night drive thru.

I would probably eat all of the items in question.......I don't think they're that big of a deal.
If a roach was in my food, though, I would really be grossed out....

I wouldn't eat any of them except the first. The reason I would eat the first is because I doubt that what it really is. If I really thought it might be though, I wouldn't.

hmm i would prbly eat them all. besides the average american eats like 5 pubic hairs a year that is from fast food. And for the first scenario i wouldnt toss that if i wasnt sure what it was. I would sue like the finger chicken thing from kfc awhile back.![]()

I'd eat the taco and the Frosty. That sandwich, though...man, that's gross! If you didn't see him do it, it wouldn't matter. But you're sitting there watching him rub snot on the back of his hand and happily go about preparing your food. ewww.
See you in my dreams...

#1) Toss it out and chow down
#2) scrape off the surface. Eat!!
#3) mmm.... I would have to complain about this one.
Ya exactly, i would just scrape the top layer of the frosty and it'd be good as new. But the fingernail one, i owuld prbably just show it to them and ask for a new one, same for the sandwich.

I'm embarrased to say that I would agree with this selection. However, I did have a somewhat worse scenario that almost went to court:Originally posted by Geshtalt

Suspect: Worm in a chicken sandwich
I was chowing down what was (at the time) one of my favorite fast food sandwhiches when I bit down - and pulled away from the sandwich - a long, tubular, rubbery thing sticking out of my mouth, coming from the chicken meat. It had a tougher consistency than the rest of the processed meat in that it was 1) harder 2) very symetrical and 3) had rings (segments) all along it's "body"
I went on to pull it out and try to eat the rest of the sandwhich, but I couldn't, I was just too distracted at the freaking snake-like thing lying in the wraper. Almost positive that this was something that should not have been in the sandwich - I took it all home, showed it to my then wife, and she suggested we have it analyzed.... via a LAW FIRM!
Well, a week or so later, the lawyer said that their "lab" had concluded that the sample in question was "consistent with chicken meat".
Not sure, but to this day I can't get myself to order their chicken sandwich from the "King"- and I just wonder if a settlement was made between Burger King and the lawyer without me knowing. If it WAS chicken, then why the hell did it not look like the rest of the sandwich??
Sorry to, but it seemed like the right place to tell this little story.
I think if I was drunk I'd eat them allOther wise I would throw them away.
Recent Dream journal note : I was swallowed by some kind of sea-snake thing

Ewwww..........I'm so the opposite. I would be more okay with eating the bug shit even though I hate bugs. Human beings are disgusting, I don't care if I am one myself. We smell and sweat and have BAAAAAAAAAAAAD b.o (some of us) and have bad breath and dirty fingernails and.....wow, I could puke just typing this.Originally posted by justme

I would eat the frosty, but not the other two.
I like insects and I have a hunch that the social insects are cleaner in general than humans.
I think it would be an interesting study to compare the average number of bacteria per unit area of insect chitin versus the same area of human skin.
I would have eaten the frosty before the heavily concentrated protein containing bug got away. Then I would follow the guy who coughed on his hand and once he sits down to a nice sandwich of his own I would return the favor. As far as the alledged fingernail thing, I would take out some fingernail clippers and clip it and if you have that proper sound that they make when they clip fingernails, then you have a verdict for what it was in the taco. Then I would toss it and continue with eating the taco.
Come to think of it, raw honey is made from nectar taken back to the hive internally by bees, then regurgitated into the cells where the excess water is evaporated and the honey is then capped.
Potentially worse than a wasp trodden Frosty and yet I've eaten plenty of home harvested raw honey...

Scenario #1.
Hell yes because it's taco bell, but hell no since i don't get lettuce so it definitely would have been a fingernail.
Scenario #2.
Yes
Scenario #3.
Your breathing the air that he coughed in anyway.
Do you know where you are?
