Cool! I think I'll go kill myself now because it doesn't matter.

It wouldn't matter to the universe but it would definately matter to all the people who know you.

We are our own purpose. We are our own destiny. It is our future!
I'm going to drive my life hard, live it to it's fullest, and when it is time to lay it down, do so with no regrets!

We are the universe, if we care the cosmos does, if we dont it doesnt. I care, of course I care, else we might indeed just go die.

I'm not saying that I'm going to plunge a knife into my arm and drift off in a bathtub or anything. But, as I said, I'm having a conflict between creationism (Not in the Christian sense.) and atheism.

Someone give me views, please!

Well, myself being an engineer don't see how something as complex as the univers and life on this planet could have possible evolved in the 20 or so billion years since the big bang. Engineering says there must have been a creator.

but...

The scientist in me recoils in horror to think that a supernatural occurance of creation occurred.

also...

The christian in me also doesn't see how it is possible for this complex system to evolve. There must be a god.

but..

the buddhist in me see's how energy can become more and more organized, reach sentinence, and evolve.

Do I sound conflicted? Yes I do, but, remember, you asked for our thoughts!!!

Well without life you have nothing. How can you have nothing though? No land, no air, no time, no space. Endless nothingness. If you have nothing it can never change, because there is nothing to change. So nothing will exist forever and ever. So whats the reason for life?

Life must exist because there has to be something.

Why is it the way it is? Who knows,but we can't have a universe of nothing so we must exist. We could just be random results of random events. It makes sense that it is all we are. Yet that is what scares people the most, that there is nothing greater, and we are just randomly made. Because what happens when you die? Well if you follow same thing, you can't simply not exist because there is no such thing as nothing. What happens then? Who knows.

Ah-Ha! I know this one.

First! Before GOD, there was another being, even more omniotent, yet seemingly actionless and even existenceless...

First there was the Void.

This is the basis of my belief (Tao) and many others including early Buddhism, Hindu, even Christianity -of course they won't admit it, even though it's in their bible, it's just not in Genisis, which is confusing to me- the Void is very important and always comes BEFORE God.

Void then God then creation

God simply forgets that the void is his mother!
That's christian! That's why discord and entropy exist, because GOD created without knowing the repercussion of creation.

All creation is defined by its opposition.

What if the universe is God? That's what created us. What if the energy we all feel (God, Budda, Allah, ect) is just the universe (cosmos) interacting with us sort of speak. It's what I've belived for a while now. It certainly makes sense from both a scientific and religious pont of view.

I see the void=energy core.

Remerging with the void or core, is the ultimate and final goal. Remerging with the void is nothing. Its enlightment, true enlightment, though nobody here is ready for that yet.

And I would not want it either, the flame of a candle dieng out..truely the end of everything. Maybe one day, after many rebirths, after several semi enlightment passing from plane to plane finnaly reaching the core or void, but Im not tired yet , the flame shall not yet die out, disapear.

And the universe too is god,

God is everything, god is us, we are god, god is everything. God is one, we are one, we are the all, the all is us. We are one. But yet alone..

(note this is my religious view, no intend to say anything else is wrong persay, yes its so sad this has to be said)
