In my opinion, the things you do while dreaming can emerge as habbits in waking-state. Least that has been my experience =P

its really quite simply...first you hafta stare at the space real hard...now concentrate on what picture you want there, and if you want it bad enough, it'll appear!

yep, we're quite the helpful bunch here!

anyway, if i was you, i would use a graphic editor--such as Paint Shop Pro, which is free for 30 days--to resize the graphic. you can also try cropping the graphic before resizing. as for finding the perfect graphic, google's image search may come in handy.

Bluanou42 - That is pretty much what I was trying to summerize with my phrase. I think you elaborated on it a lot more. thanks. Just like anything in life, you have to keep it in moderation.

this ancient thread made me laugh, howie or the Howetzer at the start.

You can also resize images in paint, which is usually standard on any Windows OS. Just resize it by percentage, and after enough trial and error, you'll get it down to the right pixel size. It's also a good idea to keep the percentages for the horizontal and the vertical the same on each resize. And to undo the change if you have to change it again, otherwise you'll lose clarity.
