All is consciousness, thereby cleverly avoiding the dualistic trap. Your body, your energy... it is your consciousness, your consciousness doesn't use it to interact with this world. Your consciousness is the source of it, like little mitochondriacs that make up everything in the world around us.
But I can't explain this idea until you take the first step of detaching your perspective from all your thoughts, judgments, inclinations and feelings. Watch yourself think as you watch a TV show, and you can see where consciousness comes from. This is not provable philosophy, but rather self evident philosophy.
