Yes. Because I love the smell of horse manure.
Is that what you wanted to hear?
If you had two different shampoos set before you and you had to wash your hair with one of them, one labeled mango peach and the other labeled horse manure, would you still smell each one to make sure that the label wasn't trying to mislead you?
Why?

soft she stirs on starlit sand,
and clasps wet shore within her hand.
she turns to face the silent seas,
and through her heart, a vital breeze.
she wonders at this strange new land.
What I was trying to say was that,
would you still sniff the bottles just to make sure they had the correct substance in them even though it is clearly labeled on the bottle?
Or would you head straight for the mango peach or whatever and sploop it on your head.
Just because it has mango peach labeled on the bottle than this must be true?
How could you know unless you smelled it first?
There could be horse manure in the mango peach and vice versa.
Personally my showering style is to sploop some shampoo onto my hand and then rub it into my hair, so it's a moot question really.

IT'S NOT ABOUT THE SHAMPOO!
IT'S ABOUT TRUST AND LOVE!
TRUST AND LOVE AND TRUST AND LOVE AND TRUST AND LOVE!

no, there is more to it than that
TRUST AND LOVE
lolzurtron
seriously though
the bottles are similar, the difference is the labels on them.
i, myself, would smell them before i put one in my hair to make sure the labels were correct.
it's 50/50, but my mind still doesn't like the odds
how is that?
TRUST AND LO-
jk, Neruo
although, trust does have something to do with it![]()

lets see horse shit or peach.... the choices... I'm gonna have to call my mother on this one

I would first go for the peach, and smell it first, and would not investigate the manure unless the peach turned out to be manure.
I've been using the same shampoo/conditioner for the last several years. Now, if someone put some crap in one of those bottles and put it on the shelf, I probably wouldn't take the time to open it up and smell it... unless I was in the mood to smell it, which in that case I would know right away. At any rate, once I opened it at home, I would probably be able to smell it before I put it in my hair.
However, if I ever buy anything where the scent is a factor (shampoo, soap, laundry detergent, candles), I definitely smell them first. I love things that smell good.

How did you get horse manure into a bottle?
If I woke up and my normal shampoo was replaced by two bottles I had never seen before, I'd throw them both out and buy a new bottle. WTF?!
On the other hand, if let's say I ran out of shampoo and there were two bottles I'd assume there were my roommates and would smell the shampoo just because I always smell new shampoo.
i would also be like wtf but to be honest, i think i'd smell it. just cause i wouldn't bellieve it. kinda like why do people believe u when you saya star may be dead, and when you tell them that the paint is wet they have to touch it. human nature man.
Tell you the truth, i would smell the horse manure bottle just because i was curious if it actually smelled like horse manure...just the curiosity would get me sniffing it.
This shit never happens to me
interesting, very interesting...![]()

Why would you have a bottle of horse manure in the first place? And why am I the only person to notice this so far?
I've laughed really hard reading this thread...
Carry on, please.
(Oh and I'd use both just to be sure that I used the one that worked at least once.)
Conditionally, we are used to our environment being mistaken and tricking us. Even our own eyes have a blindspot that many are not aware of.
We are all aware of the problem of certainty and that even reality itself can sometimes be questioned.. let alone a shampoo bottle.
Also, sometimes horse manure smells nice...
