      3D DrumSet

      I've been working on a CG drumset with TrueSpace 3.0. I'm modeling a different scene for each individual drum/cymbal. The whole drumset itself isn't even half finished yet, but here's what I have so far:


















      So far, it's taken me a couple months (maybe because of all the time I've slacked off). When it's finished, I'll probably upload it to a free 3d models site.
      Since the one thing we can say about all fundamental matter is that it is vibrating, and since all vibrations are theoretically sound, then it is not unreasonable to suggest that the universe is music and should be perceived as such.

      hey, very nice. Lots of detail. Except that cymbal needs more subdivivisions around the center. That last one looks really really good.

      Thanks. The bass drum is one of the things I've worked hardest on so far. I know what you mean about the cymbal. I haven't really worked on the cymbal very much at all. I'll eventually get to fixing it up, but I'm going to do the cymbals last. I still have to get the rack, the snare, the throne, and all the stands completed.
