Awesome. o.o
I'm terrible at drawing any part of the human figure. Probably at lack of training and laziness to train and learn more but well-drawn sketches like these are an inspiration to practice, heheh.
I wasn't sure whether or not I should start a thread of my art or not, but I decided to give it a shot. (Mind you, these won't ONLY be drawings. They might also be photographs, pieces of writing...)
Please feel free to comment.
Here are three drawings of a left hand. Hand #2 is my personal favorite. I don't really like Hand #3.

Thanks! I spent all night on these. I couldn't sleep very well (it's been very muggy and I can't sleep in hot weather.) so I stayed up till one in the morning, drawing these. I've spent a long time (okay not THAT long) studying my hands and the hands of other people.
Very coolI remember having to do something like that in one of my art classes. Try drawing your feet next. Feet are fun

Oh yes, I like drawing feet. I was going to post a foot drawing as well, but I lost my best sketch, and the other ones are very bad.
Very cool!I thought the pointer finger on the last picture looked a little off, but that's about it!
Yeah, that's what I thought too. That's one reason why I don't really like that hand. I'm thinking of trying to shade one of them in...I HATE shading hands... it's so hard.
I think that they're really good, regardless of whether they have been shaded in or not. I'd like to see some of your foot sketches. Here's hoping for more muggy weather. XP
*............*............*
You wish has come true. It's going to be disgustingly warm here all summer.
I'll scan in some foot sketches when I have a chance.

When you see the palm at the first picture, I'd say the hand after the thumb is a bit too stretched/long, and the lines around where the hand is attached to the arm, are way too visible. Unless you have a highly trained super-hand, they should hardly be visible.
Anything else, you are pretty good at drawing! Now, start adding veins, bones and hair.

Hey thanks for the input! I think you meant the finger after the thumb, but yes I agree with that. Though you probably can't tell the second finger is slightly bent in, so it looks shorter and makes the first finger look longer.
I don't exactly know what you mean by 'the lines around where the hand is attached to the arm' but I think I have a good idea. They are a little stressed, but from what I've studied from photos, not much. Now I have to try to draw more feet...
Veins are REALLY hard for me, especially since it's really hard to draw veins just with lines. It's mostly shading which I find very difficult. And all those tiny, barely visible hairs? That'll take forever! How bony is the hand exactly supposed to be??

Oh, not like bones, more those things, that make our fingers able to bend, on the backside of the hand.
And take a look at your own hand. You stressed the lines a bit too much, but it doesn't look awful or anything. It looks good, but a little less lines and more shading.
Forget what I said about hairs![]()

Very nicely drawn. I usually draw human forms from memory, but I've never actually tried to look at my own hand and draw it. Is that what you did?
I should.

Thanks. The second hand is actually mine, the others are from studying other people. They are all left hands, because I find drawing left hands is easier. I don't know why. I think I'm just used to drawing left hands because I'm right handed. Sorry if that doesn't make any sense at all.![]()
Here is a drawing of a foot. Sorry that some parts are so dark, and there is hardly any detail. My scanner REALLY screwed this drawing up.
But oh well, it's definitely not one of my favorite foot sketches anyway.

She does doesn't she? Though, they aren't always quite that bright. I think it was my camera or something, because her lips aren't that color either. She looks like she is wearing lipstick or something...
Thanks for the comment.
Here are three photoshoped versions of that image:

As you might be able to tell already, I like to photograph and edit things. Especially people.
So here is another photo of my little sister.

Thanks!
That pretty much accurately describes her (at least some of the time), except that she's not behind bars.
Oops, I forgot to add these in my last post...
Here is a photo of my younger brother...

The second one looks much better doesn't it?

Whoa. They look a LOT alike. Do you have a picture of yourself?
Haha, no. I hate getting my picture taken. But I do look somewhat like my sisters. (Except that I have WAY more freckles.)
Here is one of my other little sister. Now you can really see how much they all look.
