Thread: Don't know how to ask so...Umm... Details!

I'm quite shy about this 'cause I don't know how to ask, So can someone please tell me please? Anyway, I'll say how good I am and play around with the Format Stuff, here goes.

Total Of Remberence (¬_¬)
As far as I can remember, I have had three Lucid Dreams in my intire life! Two of them where at least in the same week when I was little, and the third one was within a week ago.

What the third 'Lucid Dream' was like
I'm only putting it in ['] because I don't know if it was a Lucid Dream or not, because it was like a Double Awareness Dream were I was dreaming that I knew I was dreaming (if that is possible), plus I was being beaten up by an angel who looked like 'Devil Jin' from 'Tekken Five' but he was fighting like someone from 'Dragon Ball Z'.

My Sleep
I hate the way I sleep, I can't get to sleep for ages and I hate going to bed early because I say to myself "Sod it" and stay up, but sometimes I stay up untill Ten To Twelve by accident. On Weekends I sometimes stay up untill about Four At Night plainly because of the fact that I can, but then sometimes I get scared because I can hear alians outside, and outside my room as waving his arms and hands around my wall into the corridor, as if he's trying to look for the door, don't blame him though because I was playing "Destroy All Humans" on PS2 at the time, no honestly, this is what I thought was happaning, I even heard the UFO (didn't see it though).

Tried Methods
I'v tried being in a room with a chair (and possibly a mirror) and a door, and trying to image the whole room, and then imagine doing an RC (a Reality Check) not knowing weather I should be Lucid Dreaming or not (how dumb am I for that?). I'v tried going into Sleep Paralysis when flying (in my imagination) and then doing Back Flips, but I was doing it wrong because I don't think I was in Sleep Paralysis, I also had this funny flicking thing with my eyelids, I then move a little big by accident or because I have the urge too! So I don't think that's for me!

Do I need to say anything else about myself? Lol. Hardcore Adoption Action is needed for me.
