LD experience: little to none so far

Goal: I have been trying to use a MP3 for a few days with a few brief cases of lucid dreaming. I have been on the site for a few weeks now and have been receiving some very good feedback and help but I feel I may have overloaded myself on information to the point of becoming too confused. I am hoping for someone that can help start me all over and walk step by step with me to obtaining my ultimate goal which is a lengthy LD in which I am fully aware and able to fly. Please somebody adopt me soon and help me learn from you. I am great to get along with, Love conversation, love learning new things, and also learn quickly.

      Please let me know asap.
      Thank you in advance
      Kyle

There are a lot of requests that go unnoticed in here. You definitely should not take this personally. I would recommend cruising the boards a little while longer and participating in a few more discussions. The best way to find an adopter is to get a feel for how they post before hand and then shoot them a PM and hope that they have some free time to help you out.

Thank you, bodhisattva! You are absolutely right. People seeking adoption need to be more proactive and not just wait for someone to contact them.

Sorry for the confusion. I was reading the original sticky on the Adoption Program Forum and it said that after 3 days of no contact from anyone to go ahead and contact the moderator of the board for further assistance. I just thought it was odd because other newbies that were above my original request had posted for adoption and was picked up within like 24hrs. I have already posted on the newbie forum a few times already and was looking to have someone help me out is all. Thanks.

Yeah, it kinda goes in spurts - sometimes there are a lot of people looking to adopt someone, and sometimes it's really hard for someone to find an adopter. But I do still think that it works better when you PM people asking for adoption - I think most people are flattered to have been asked to adopt - in addition to posting in the Adoption forum. So don't apologize! Maybe it's just one of those slow times... Good luck!
