Absolutely the weirdest dream you"ll ever hear of, please help!

Seriously, this is just freaky but please read.

I remember that around a month ago I had a dream about me being in my hometown and sitting at the bar with some of my old friends if you can really call them that...well yeah friends and some very important people that I don't know but in the dream I did and I talked to them mostly.
Those people, let's put it this way are like very big and important in what I dream of doing, what I aspire to do and what my ambition is to be doing.

So basically that's it, those old friends and those new people that I pretty much dream of being involved with professionally.

Here's the thing though, the last time I saw those old friends or really was involved socially in my hometown was like 9 months ago.
Since then, no contact with them whatsoever or anything like that...nothing.
Haven't seen them, talked with them nothing...

BUT, here's the weird part.

That's a very small town I'm talking about and in terms of places to go out, it really offers like 2 or 3 hotspots and those hasn't been changed in years.
However, in this dream I was sitting at the bar with my old friends and those people I have future ambitions of dealing with in the future and this is the key part, I was there with them at the brand new hotspot bar.

Here's what makes it really, really weird though.

At the time of that dream, I had no idea at all what was happening on the social scene of my hometown and just thinking of a new bar was way too far fetched, like...yeah, it's a dream alright.
Just way too far fetched.

HOWEVER, a few hours ago, out of boredom I decided to look online what's been going on there, in my hometown.. and check this out, it's really freaky.

There indeed is a new bar, it has been dominating for the last 3-4 months and is at the exact same location where I dreamt it was, has the exact same status like I dreamt in that dream and that pretty much is it...the bar I dreamt of in my dream. That's the bar. It exists.

Just an extremely weird coincidence or....please tell me if that freaking dream has a meaning? Or something?

What can it mean? Can anyone tell?

If something isn't clear please tell, I'd be happy to clear it out for you.
Thats that and it's been eating me alive since I found out that the bar really exists lol.
Please help out

As far as meaning goes, Im not too sure. Have you spoken with these friends recently? How about after the dream?

Do you have any more details on the original dream?

Yeah, it's freaky.

As for the details, I can't really remember all of them although I can remember at least like 80 % which is weird since I dreamt is like a month ago.

But anyway, from what I can remember about the dream, I was mostly talking with those new important people and the conversation was going pretty well actually. Don't remember talking to old friends though.
As for everything else in the bar, I can't really tell, it was blurry or I just don't remember. I remember however that everyone from the hometown scene so to say were there and it was kind of...full of cigarette smoke, I guess like all hotspot bars in my hometown lol.
What else...I really think that's it, can't remember much more.

As for those old friends, I'd say we'd be pretty much like strangers now, I totally got and still am socially disconnected from everyone in the hometown.
Well okay, strangers is definitely pushing it but you know, after not speaking for 9 months it's safe to say we wouldn't exactly be in the groove.
Not that I really feel nostalgia or want to rebuild the friendship..not at all, totally moved on.
I'm 10000 % more focused now on that dream and those new people that were in the dream but that's still a long long shot but an ultimate aspiration.

The bar however....the bar is what seals it. It must have a meaning.

It could be coincidence. Or it could be that you're more sensitive to what's going on than you think. I don't think it's a psychic thing, just the unconscious human ability to resonate with other humans even when nothing is said. Yes, freaky when it happens.

I don't think there are any absolute answers here, it cmes down to what you believe I reckon.

I don't believe it's coincidence either.
Develop your theory - it's as valid as anyone else's.

I thought some of you guys could put like 2 and 2 together, get all or just some clues, interpretrate the meaning of some parts of the dream etc..
Can anyone do that?

I can't, I'm just a newbie here, I thought you guys were trained and knew how to do it?

I think it means that these friends of yours will become important in a way, and maybe that you have something waiting for you at that bar. Or someone.

We can come out with suggestions, and have done. But your question is more unusual than being just about dream symbols. It challenges our understanding of what is going on in our unconscious.

If you were asking about dream symbols, I'd have looked at what a bar means and what old friends mean - probably to do with parts of ourselves that we have become distanced from and are re-discovering. As for "coincidental" occurrences in dreams and real life - follow your beliefs and decide whether it's (a) coincidence, (b) pre-determined (c) psychic (d) collective unconscious (e) forgotten knowledge - i.e. you knew the bar was happening and had forgotten (e) something else...

it could actually be that the last time you saw your friends in real life they told you about the bar and stuff but you didn't really pay attention to it/forgot about it, but it stayed in your subconsious.
