Thread: chased by monsters

Well this is not my dream, but a friend of mine. I know she really needs help. She is 29, always tells me she has nightmares of monsters. She was telling me she lived across the street from me and she was in her bed. she felt something next to her breathing and touching her. she was so afraid she couldnt move to get away.said she saw their faces and they were horrible, she managed to run away in white PJ's, barefoot, she ran to my house for help and rang my bell, while she cried for help the monsters got her. I asked her if by chance does she ever wake up with any marks on her body. She said sometimes she wakes up with unknown scratches on her arms or bruises. She always wants me to call her at the middle of the night so i can wake her up in case she is in a bad nightmare, we talk everynight before she goes to sleep. I try to leave her with some positive thoughts. I wish there was more I could do to help her, told her to go seek help, said she will.
