Well, this will be very long and complicated, so brace yourself.
First off, the driving test seems fairly straightforward. The fact that you and your friend agreed not to get a driver's license, but you just guessed and passed could mean that you have recently gone back on something you believed in so firmly and found it surprisingly easy.
Next; I will ignore the creepy guy, as he seems to have no real significance. The fact that you look different may be a hint to the fact that you have gone back on something ( see above ) and it has changed you, probably for the worse.
Moving on; the underwear shopping may mean that you have some private belief or something otherwise private, but other people are making it hard for you to do whatever that is.
Now; your friends attacking you is really open ended. Maybe you feel you have hurt somebody by going back on something you believed in ( again, referencing earlier ) and that they want to get back at you
Finally; the country singer telling you to forgive her: could it be that somebody that holds significance to you ( do you like country? ) is helping you with your problems, and that you are trying to compromise with somebody?
Now, something that has just occurred to me that makes me a little more confident in my interpretation; it seems to revolve around a common them: you have gone back on your word or a belief that you hold. Looking at the interpretation of the underwear shopping, it could be a belief that you hold privately, or -more likely- with one or a few other people, as pointed to by the other interpretations and that somebody else has been hurt. You feel they may try to hurt you back, and you want to be able to compromise?
Tell me if I am wrong, or if I miss altogether. Please keep in mind that I don't believe in a lot of dream interpretation, but I seem to have a natural affinity for it and will continue to help people as long as I am good at it and enjoy it.
Also, I told you it would be long and complicated.
