Thread: Interpretation Please

I'm not really good at interpreting dreams, but the phone kind of sounds like you want to talk to your old friend again. Also seems like you regret the falling out you had between eachother, imo. The accidental dialing strikes me as a fear of talking to your guy friend because you're worried about what he'll say. Just my opinion .

But I feel like Im over him (well atleast thats what i keep telling myself, lol)..., I mean we havn't talked in what seems like forever.

According to the dream you're afraid of contacting him because you're afraid of his reaction, that he has another girl already and wouldn't want to talk. "After what happened" sounds as if he was voicing your own thoughts and not really talking to that other female, i.e. you're afraid that he wouldn't want to talk to you after what happened and would reject your attempts.
When he starts playing music, that still signifies fear, because you still aren't talking to him on the phone. That's a breakthrough, though, at least you're communicating through music! When you say that these are your favorite songs, it's a good sign, that means that your communication was successful. So, you have hope that it's possible for you two to communicate in a pleasant way.
Overall a dream is about your desire to talk to that boy and your fear of his reaction, in my opinion.
Maybe try that? You certainly still feel something towards him, you wouldn't be dreaming of calling him otherwise.

Thanks so much. That was brilliant! It really made me stop and think about how I truely feel. I suppose I was just lieing to myself in order to distance myself from the underlying facts. Know that I think about it, I guess I was trying to convince myself that I was completely over him. But apparently my conscience knows better. Though I really wish I could simply just forget about him because it would make things less complicated. But I still feel the need to avoid him at all cost.
Grrrr!
I need a distraction or something! Mabey I should go buy a boyfriend, lol. That would definatly keep my mind off of things, right? Lol, just kidding.
I wish things were simple and I knew exactly who Im meant to be with. That way I could just avoid all those dramatic and petty heartbreaks all together.

I can see it now:
I finally decide to talk to him. On my way over to his table I tragicaly trip over an imaginary line (being the clutz I am) and fall on my face. Embarrassed, I quickly get up and run the opposite direction. The next day the word has spread through out my tiny school and everyone is talking (more like laughing) about it. For the rest of the school year I cower at my desk and hope no one will remember the whole ordeal.

Yep! That sounds about accurate. With my luck I might even fall on a piece of old chewed up gum.
Yay! Memorys! (sarcasm) lol
And yes I am a bit cynical...
