Wow! You wrote all that in one sentence. It makes me want to challenge you to say it all in one breath!
Anyway, the grocery store would represent your emotional needs for nuturance, and all the honey buns would be peace, joy, & sweetness and perhaps honest communication. I'm guessing your mother & uncle said something about you in real life that hurt and angered you. Instead of a honey bun you get the Xmas little cake meaning that you are looking forward to Chrismas for your emotional needs.
The mall is your attempt to make a favorable impression on someone else, and the clothing store is probably your need for positive self-image, persona, identity etc.
The two friends (whether they are real or not) are two separate tendencies in yourself, and the weapons & planned robbery is your built up anger and being on a course to try to take what you want in a bad way.
Going back in time clearly means this is a forsightful dream. As you get an earlier start on trying to stop all this you only succeed in convincing one friend. You can only stop the other by hiding the weapons from him, perhaps displacing your anger or the conflict. I don't have a complete interpretation of the ending.
Whatever is going on in your waking life (and I'm guessing you're a male teenager) the hurt & anger is hopefully minor and passing.
