Hello Apple718. I am glad you posted.
I do think this better fits in dream interpretation. So I will move it there.

There could be a few things this means.
Since I don't know you personally I will have to make an educated guess.
If you have low self asteem you may be rittled with this worry. And in effect you dream about it.
If you cheat yourself. Most people are most suspicious of their partner if they cheat.
*I am not trying to attact your character. Just throwing out ideas.
You amy be picking up on subtle hints that your girlfriend is giving off and your subconscious may be sending you a message via your dreams.

Have you talked to her about this?
If you are innocent I would just not be blind.

i think i do have low selfesteam...she does these little things that i look at and make it seem like she might be but im not sure..ihavent spoke to her she is one of those girls where she would get mad if i would tell her i have it in my head that she might be cheating she is very hard to deal with that is why she is a special person she challenges me in a way...can this dream be a hint for me to be cautious or i shouldnt even take it into consideration?

My guess is exactly as you said, she is very hard to deal with. She is insensitive to how you feel and it is straining your relationship, threatening it.

You are more than welcome for any help.

However you have to consider wether or not she is actually challenging you or supressing you.
If you don't stand up for yourself it will certainly not help your self asteem.
I would most definatly, if you have a gut feeling, remain cautious.
But on the other hand I wold not go accusiing her of cheating.
