Thread: An year-old dream.

The mall is your connection to and dependency on the outside world. Your just walking around looking is noninvolvement.
The Karate could mean ANYTHING. Being able to defeat adults but not kids could mean ANYTHING.
The gun suggests anger, sometimes sexual.
Overall this seems to be a dream about concectrated anger and noninvolvement.

The important thing is that you should have realized that you cannot be killed in a dream. This should give you a certain sense of bravery in your dreams.

But it is troublesome how violence seems to appeal to you in your dreams. After you have already realized that you cannot be hurt, you go on defending yourself with violence. It no longer serves any purpose.

First you attack people who had attacked you. But this sets lose a chain of violence.

The Karate Uniforms represent a Culture which approves of Violence. Its a sad fact that in the Far East they have practically made a Religion out of braking bones and poking out eyes. They are sanctimonious about the effective infliction of bodily damage. They have made cruelty and ruthlessness into their virtues. And WOW have they been successful in spreading their Religion of Ill Will. Almost as many mothers send their children to Karate Class as sign them up for baseball or soccer. And then there are Video Games. The popularity of violent Video Games effectively proves that people would rather commit violence then have sex, or perhaps that while sex is a fleeting passion where masterbation can only be indulged in several times a week, or day, whereas violence, on the other hand, can be fantasized hour after hour after hour on end.

So what do we have but a dysfunctional Society where a vast number of people's most compelling fantasy, the Choice of their Dreams, is to commit violence for enjoyment. Its sick.
