Great post, I will try to put some of these methods into use. I should try to work out more often, or at least go on walks every once in a while instead of rotting my brain (its always nice to be outside for a while and notice how much nicer it is than inside).

For example, got some work to do? How about biking down to the beach and doing it there... or you know, who knows. Often we get random thoughts like that, but we supress them because we feel that they are wrong. Why not try following some of them, with of course being practical.
