      I believe the ppl didn't save him because they usually believe in letting
      nature take its course, I guess. It was probably too late for him, and I'll
      bet the other dolphins swam down to the bottom with him to stay with
      him until he died. If the ppl had taken him out of the ocean to try and
      save his life, the other dolphins still would have been broken hearted
      anyway.
      Also, the ppl who filmed this might not have had any means to
      capture the dolphin at that time.
