Last movie I saw was Waking life, I watched it yesterday for the first time, good movie, but it should have had subtitles, because I didn't understand all the difficult words

My husband wanted to see "Charlie and the Chocolate Factory".

I was never a "Willy Wonka" fan but being the good wife that I am I went. To make a long story short... HATED IT!

If I NEVER see another Oompa Loompa again in life it will be too soon (they are the most annoying little creatures)!

My husband didn't like it and I don't even think the kids in the movie really enjoyed it all that much!

Gene Wilder is such a beautiful person, hes perfectly excellent as Willy Wonka, the original was one of my favourite films as a child - such a wonderful film to watch and enjoy.

The last movie i watched was [b]Creepshow and everyone in this little movie club thingy should watch it....

Stephen Kings Character is really really funny, also the Ted Danson and Leslie Nielsen story is Hilarious

Its based around the American EC Horror comics of the 1950s and directed by George A. Romero

The last movie I saw in theaters was "The Island". I wanted to see Charlie, but group vote won. I didn't know anything about the movie. They took a really good concept and loaded it up with plot holes, inconcistencies in synchronicity, and action scenes to appeal to a wider audience. I really thought the plot was quite interesting and though provoking. Could have been much better, I'd love to remake it.

Then I just rented "The Machinest" with Christian Bale, which I've been trying to get ahold of for quite awhile. I loved this movie. It really blurs and fades the lines of reality. Everything clicks at the end. Love what they did with this movie. Christian Bale looked like he was about to drop dead at any moment, weighing in at an incredible 119 lbs. I had to eat a bowl of rich ice cream to compensate. Bale plays Trevor, a man who has not slept for an entire year. Why? And who are you? are two questions that come to mind... are you in on it to? Hehe...
Anyways, this movie ties into the dream world, so I believe it is a must for everyone on this forum! I highly reccomend this movie!

      the island

      both very good movies...

i don't know why people hate the last one though, i liked it very much, i thought it was better than the war of the worlds, maybe even star wars ep. 3... and it takes a lot to make me say that!

      really good movies

I saw it with friends and we all thought highly of it. The concept isn't so new, but something about the theme is refreshning.

Do you remember how they all could select their outfits, the majority (if not all) were white atheletic suits and even the shoes were kickass!

      -indeed

-all were white, there were however different colours of stripes
and they couldn't select their outfits: (at least when i think this is what you meant)

Lincoln Six-Echo: "blah blah blah, And - and tell me - let's talk about all the white. Why is everyone wearing white all the time? It's impossible to keep clean, I'm walking around, I get - I always get the gray stripe, I never get any color, blah blah blah"

sounds like he didn't chose his outfit

      but yeah, they were... puma's

It's been maybe 2 or 3 months since I saw it, but those lines of dialogue do sound right.

Maybe it's a false memory (due to LUCIDITY?) but I can almost see a scene where he opens his closet and he picks his outfit from many others. And a lot PUMA advertising! I wish I still had my pair.

I admit these specifics are sketchy in my mind. Either way, I'd still go along with their style.

yes, he opened his closet... and then the most horrible thing happened: Lincoln Six-Echo: "I'm missing a shoe."

The last movie I saw was technically Star Wars 3, but it was my fourth time, so the one I saw before that was the Dukes of Hazzard. It wasn't very good, I mean, you had to get used to the accents first. But it was worth it for a dollar, and there was some good driving in it, a few funny parts, so it passed pretty well.
