Well I was just minding my business hating Runescape somewhere off in that direction when I got lost and ended up in this thread. Oh well, since I'm here I might as well wonder out loud why there have been so many Runescape threads here lately.

I've played runescape for years, not very activly though, most of my combat level comes from autoing.

My runescape name is ldg1414

My combat level is 82 (started manualy at 65)

And my goal is to get super rich, and buy a santa hat eventually, all my money comes from either autoing or merchanting, so I hardly work for it , I have about 3.5 M as of yet, about 2.7 from autoing and 700k-800k from merchanting, and I quit autoing after getting banned again, but I can make 200k merchanting per day if I do it right I'd say (and if things work out the way I think they can).

I also got to wear the games most expensive equiptable item, the blue party hat.

What is wrong with people who hate runescape so much, I see it all the time, if my talk to people at school about it, or they walk past me playing it, they always say "omg runescape, that is a bad game". It is funny because most of those people had played runescape in the past, and have moved on to some other game, I have no idea that when a generation is done with a game series (much with Pokemon at an even younger age), they will go to runescape, and criticize Pokemon, I think so some way they can justify why their not wasting their time with it anymore. Then people usually move on to first person shooters (which in my opinion are boringly repetitive).

In essence there is nothing wrong with runescape at all, it is just that people somehow want to sound a little better then the next guy by degrading it (I mean look, people are coming to this thread by their own will to do so), runescape is just another little game we play in our free time, like chess, I have continued to play runescape, when I have nothing to do. And if someone wants to throw it around that the game is so stupid or horrible, then I just don't care.
