and the funny part was that he was finally caught when they received a letter via stardisk (loser been usin 80s technology), but they were able to get the digital signature of the computer and trace it to the church that he worked at, on a computer that he was one of few that was allowed to use it.

If anyone is interested, check out the crime library at Court TV. I've been using that page as part of my studies. They don't get Court TV here in the Netherlands (well, we don't have cable anyway), so I haven't been keeping up like I used to.
