To protect and to serve...please.
From my own perspective and experience. There are few cops who are not in this line of work for a power trip.
To tailgate and harass is more like it.
Most evident in traffic violations. Think about it. Our judicial system is 'Innocent until proven guilty.' That does not apply to traffic law. You are guilty until proven otherwise. By other wise, what I am referring to for example, what are your chances in a court of law the honorary judge taking your side over that of a policeman?
I respect the role of the police officer. I don't want to tarnish their role. I am generalizing a bit. But this is what I have seen as a whole.
In more than one case, me included I have seen that the officer would use false data as their record of an incident. Fabricating small things to put into their report just in order to cover their ass in the case it dies go to court.
In addition. Quotas. What the hell way to run a system is that????

So let's just say 50 people in Mother Russia formed in a straight line. One has to go take a major dump, So he steps out of line, you're telling me that guy is going to get his face smashed back into line, just because Russian Police officers doesn't want to deal with people's bullshit? How does a person relieve himself then? Does it make a difference on what type of line he's in? What if the guy is in the soup line, does the same rules apply?
OMG!! thats one of the funniest things I've heard in a long time! I mean if you break the law or something like that. Sorry if i was to literal.
