Who's going to watch Bush's speech tonight? I probably will, because I want to hear what he has to say. He's going to be talking mainly about Domestic issues, the Iraq War, and his plan to "surge" 21,500 more troops to Baghdad and the Anbar Province in Iraq. He's apparently going to try and dissuade lawmakers against resisting his plan to surge troops.
Please keep in mind that this speech comes after a poll from the BBC showing that a global view of the U.S' has become significantly worse. (LINK)

I'm actually watching the news right now, and the co-anchor says he's also going to touch on the subject of gas usage. Bush wants the usage of gas "slashed in half" by 2012, I think.
