I dont think thats what you think it is. Its probably just something to help you get to sleep. If you were to buy melatonin or B6 vitamins, I dont think it says on the bottle or whatever they come in" dreaming aid"
i was reading a forum how melatonin can increase vividness in dreams and also act as a LD aid.
as the same with B6.
as i was looking through my bathroom closet i cam across acetaminophen. which also says it's a sleep aid.
would anyone know if this would produce the same effects as melatonin?

Acetaminophen is really hard on the liver. I wouldn't recommend using it.

If it is strictly a sleep aid then it would most likely hinder dream recall as most sleeping aids seem to do.
What is listed on the bottle?
Good call XsupremeX!
DRUG INTERACTIONS: Acetaminophen is metabolized (eliminated by conversion to other chemicals) by the liver. Therefore drugs that increase the action of liver enzymes that metabolize acetaminophen (e.g. carbamazepine, isoniazid, rifampin) may decrease the action of acetaminophen. The potential for acetaminophen to harm the liver is increased when it is combined with alcohol or drugs that also harm the liver.
also there is a lot of information on this Forum to why the b vitamin and melatonin do sometimes work.
