Breathing
Recently ive been having dreams where i cant breathe due to some unfortunate event and when i wake up i always feel so out of breath and gagging.
When you choke in ur dreams are u choking in real life?

Sleep apnea, maybe. Go to a doctor
As for dreams causing you to choke, not neccessarily. I can be out of breath in my dreams, and wake up ready to run a marathon. Most likely, you not being able to breath made you dream about choking. Thus, sleep apnea.

Hello Friends.....
Sleep apnea is a potentially serious sleep disorder in which breathing repeatedly stops and starts. You may have sleep apnea if you snore loudly and you feel tired even after a full night's sleep.
Sleep apnea occurs in two main types: obstructive sleep apnea, the more common form that occurs when throat muscles relax, and central sleep apnea, which occurs when your brain doesn't send proper signals to the muscles that control breathing. Additionally, some people have complex sleep apnea, which is a combination of both.
If you think you might have sleep apnea, see your doctor. Treatment is necessary to avoid heart problems and other complications.
Thanks

Well this happens many a time with me. But most of time I was drawn in water as I don't know swimming and because of that reason I feel many a times. It is not only you that you have this problem but this happens many a time with me. I don't think there is any solution to this.
