I find turning off electronics and dim the lights about an hour before bed works marvelously. Maybe add some chamomile tea.

Last night while I was resting in my bed around 2 a.m., I couldn't fall asleep until 3-4 a.m.
I'm so use to staying up all night and I never like to go to bed early. My mind
is always on so many things, because I'm bored. How can I sleep easily?
