Paranoia, maybe? Sounds pretty scary.![]()
I had to register ASAP to tell you guys this. I hear, see and feel these dream signs everywhere. I hear noises sounding like whispers and hollow sounds coming from the walls . I see shadows everywhere and figures moving in the corner of my eyes when I look at that direction I get the feeling something else is in the room - im feeling this right now while im typing. I sometimes feel something touching my hair or my back, somewhere I usually cant look at that direction thats out of my sight. I am lucid dreaming since I was a child and it happens very commonly like every two weeks a very lucid dream that I can recall 100% and I know I am dreaming and those are always nightmares I often say "wake up wake up" to myself when I first realize that I'm dreaming but I often can't - those nightmares are similar to what I'm experiencing now while being awake. I fear I might gone totally crazy by now as I know this is not one of those dreams as I'm actually typing this and I'm scared so I need u guys to communicate to me so I know I'm right.
I just need something I can hold on to atm cus I cant go to sleep I'm scared shitless.

Ok, do you only experience this while trying to fall asleep?
If so, then it might just be some major hypnagogia hallucinations happening to you. Hearing, seeing, feeling things are all possible hallucinations that you're experiencing. You shouldn't be afraid of the hallucinations, that will only make them WORSE.
Try to overcome your fears. If it reallly bothers you THAT much then maybe you should talk to a doctor about this. It just seems that you're freaking out to much.

You are probably just sensitive to spirits. You may be crazy, but you don't sound crazy to me. I have heard, felt, and seen spirits, but not all the time. Spirits are nothing to be afraid of. You and I are both spirits.
Next time you have a lucid dream, stay in it instead of waking up. Nothing can hurt you in a dream. You can turn nightmares into adventures.

Cool thread, bro. All I can really say to this is if you think you're crazy, don't let it get to ya.
i hope you are not crazy, because this happens to me alot, especialy at night.
I will be playing wow and think i see something uncoiling from the carpet and rising and crawling around, but when i actualy look, there will be nothing, and i have actualy searched my room secconds after seeing one and found nothing.
I also get the feeling that someone is watching me from the hallway that gives direct view into my room, and feel stuff crawling on me or squirming in my throat.
It is probably just paranoia from being tired/stress, so dont worry about it.

well, i dont think it is anything![]()
just when like i am tired, up at 5 in the morning, I see i guess snake like (i can never focus on it) something uncoil from around my gaming chair. The kind that rocks back and forth. most of the time it just kind of raises a little, but sometimes it will see something wrap around my shoes. nothing really, it goes away as soon as i focus in the direction. I am scared of snakes, so it is probably a half asleep hallucination
Then sometimes i think i see stuff in the carpet. The carpet is a weird mixture of colors, so sometimes my mind connects the browns and makes them into a spider, then i bend down and it is just the carpet.
last two things are sometimes i feel my own hair on my legs and think there is a spider( i have hairy legs) then every time i turn off the lights i think i see something skitter across the wall.
most of these are i think hallucinations dues to bad experiences with spiders (once they hatched in my room.... that was sickening. now i use spider spray and keep my cloths off the floor, but i still have phobia of them coming back.)

-shudders- A spider nest hatched in my room too, right above my bed. We got rid of them all right away though, so it wasn't much of a problem, aside from freaking me out.
Xion: Do you think you have some sort of psychological problem, or do you think it's something more like what WakingNomad was talking about? You might want to ask Naiya about it if you think it's the latter; she knows a lot about that sort of thing.

There are some weird things that happened to me too at night:
1)I opened my eyes in the middle of the night and saw some kind of ball or object flying near the TV. I really freaked out but I went to sleep.
2)I woke up and my blanket suddenly raised up into the air, shaking powerfull. I screamed several times and I was really screaing because the next morning my dad told me that I was screaming.
3)I woke up and looked up at the light bulb(off) and there were some kind of strings moving around.
Are there really ghosts and stuff like this?

Hmm... I don't know whether ghosts exist, but if all this happened in the middle of the night it could have just been hypnagogic hallucinations. They're completely harmless and normal; they happen ever night, but most people are asleep for them.

Got the same answer from ld4all. Thanks!
