yeah my back is fine. why? oh and i don't think it's that, its not a really hurting pain. more like a nucents. it's gone right now it's like after i sleep or durring.

It could be that your mattress is losing some of its support. If you lie in the same place day after day, the mattress kind of breaks down there. I get that kind of pain in my right knee sometimes from lying on my old futon couch for too long. It goes away after I get up.

Try flipping over your mattress and then rotating it front to back. That helps me.

Where is your leg hurting? In the muscle or in the joint?

Sciatica is a problem with the nerve that runs from your spine down the back of your leg. If the nerve is impinged or damaged in some way, you can get pain or other neurological symptoms down your butt, leg, and even into your foot. Usually the pain is described as "burning."

its cross between leg asleep and sore. it lasted for a little bit after i got outta bed.
