Yeah, coincidence. I'd say it's down to smoking and drinking a lot. I normally get hungry after drinking, depends if you stop drinking I guess! But nicotine is an appetite suppressant.

I've noticed since last week i've lost most of my appetite.
I don't have any eating disorders and i am far from fat. but this week i can't eat breakfast lunch or dinner, without having a few bites and then getting a gagging sensation so i have to stop. I've eaten at least a full meal a day.
I've been smoking a lot more than usual, drinking more than usual, and have been preoocupied about aspects of my life more than usual. all this started happening since my first major LD, and my DR has been improving rapidly as well. coincidence?

That's why so many models smoke....
People dream for a reason and one of those reasons could possibly be to relieve ourselves from daily reality things/issues/stress. Kinda like our mind is recycling our thoughts. Keeping it healthy and in-checked. When you LD, your changing your natural dreaming habits.
I don't know for certain if LD is the cause or the smoking/drinking, but I have to agree that when I started LDing again, I lost my appetite and felt more worried about things lately. I'm a non-smoker and I only drink on holidays...but I don't think it's something serious to worry about.![]()
