does the time spent wilding count as sleep, because I've been waking up in the middle of the night to spend 45min to an hour to wild and I need to know if I need to add an extra hour of sleep so I don't derive myself of it.

Well if your awake, are you sleeping?

I wouldn't count it as time spent sleeping, so add an hour if you really want to.

Depends on how you do the WILD.
If you are counting, or otherwise concentrating forcibly, than you are excersizing your mind.
But if you do it in a very passive way, which takes only a little mental activity, than your mind is mostly restful, and since your body is also restful, some would claim that it can replace sleeping time in terms of needed rest.

I think what matters most is the restfulness of your mind. But anyway the best way to know is to see how you feel. If you begin to feel more tired during the day, and have trouble concentrating, then try to add time to your sleep. But if you feel fine then you'r fine..
