Definitely normal. I fall asleep after around an hour; less if I am lucky. I always keep having to change positions and stuff to prevent my arms from falling asleep. =3
Usually, it takes me upwards of 30 minutes to falling asleep, is this normal? Because it's pretty boring lying around in my bedIt takes even longer if I'm trying to do a MILD, usually about an hour.

i used to fall asleep alot faster, but now im excited that i will have a lucid.
you could try burning some energy before bed, and stretch/loosen up.
then try reverse blinking(theres a thread on it, basically u open ur eyes every 5-10 seconds for a moment then close and wait for next one)

Yeah, I'd say that's fairly normal. And good too--the few times I fell asleep the moment I hit the pillow, I had terrible recall and no lucids. Normally it takes me about 30-60 minutes to fall asleep.![]()
Perfectly normal for me.
Reverse blinking makes me feel really relaxed, I don't always fall asleep but it stops the feeling, of sort of boredom and stops me wanting to get up and read a bit more![]()
Are you dreaming?
