Go to sleep when you usually do, then wake up like 5-6 hours after going to sleep
and stay up the rest of the day
that may not be a way to put yourself to sleep
but it works for fixing what time you go to sleep

Is there any type of way to force yourself to go to sleep even if you aren't tired? I have really messed up my sleep schedual during break and I desperately want to fix it so I don't wake up at 6 pm everyday. -_-

Try taking Valerian Root extract pills, or even sleeping pills (Valerian root = calming pills). Furthermore, lie in bed, even if you're not sleepy. The thing is, you still relax and you'll fall asleep relatively faster than if you'd wait to become tired outside of your bed. Also, physically exercise a lot.

Skip a sleep cycle. It's tough, but worth it.
I had a similar problem last year. In bed at 4-5AM, and up around 2:30PM
I came home, stayed up an extra day, and was dead tired by 8-9PM the next day. Went to bed, woke up the next day at 10AM, and my cycle was fixed.
