Lately iv been sleeping naked and noticed that i wake up more refreshed,i even fall asleep faster ...
is it just me?

i dont sleep completely naked. But i dont wear more thatn my boxers. Unless im dead tired, i cant fall asleep any other way. All those clothes make it hard to concentrate.

I dunno but it sucks getting up like that, if your room is chilly.
I sleep with boxers and whatever t-shirt I wore that day. Been doing it for years, and the mornings are definitely warmer.

I usually just sleep in a tank top with nothing else on. =/ Clothes are annoying to sleep in for me.

Being in a family of 5, it would be awkward to wake up with my bed covers kicked off and the door wide open. Not to mention my sleep walking occasionally.
I actually bother to get changed at night. Makes me feel cosy in bed.
