You can try staying up late one night, then you'll be tired the next, I get 8.5-9 hours eachnight, atleast I plan to, about 7.5-8 now, you should use a fan to drowned out the sound around you, my mom always watches t.v. right down stairs from my room, and it works for me, oh and when you get more sleep you'll find you have less axiety, keep testing BWgen I might use it someday if i could find a good mp3 player the 10min (fall asleep) track takes up about half the space on it.
