This is a stupid guesstimation but I think the banana gives me the idea that i am lucid, like the false lucid things. On both night where i had a banana in my dream I mentioned being lucid or thought about being lucid but wasn't actually really, 100 % lucid. Hmm. I think, for me anyway, this is more of a RECALL aid, and not so much lucid. But we have more bananas now, I might give this another shot tonight. Best to see its result from more than 2 tests!

      3rd try!

No lucid dreams this time, but I remembered probably the longest, most vivid dream I've had for quite a long time.
Lucidity is the opposite of being lost in your thoughts.

Well, it increased vividness alright, my dream recall/vividness has been terrible lately, and I remembered it quite well. It was a pretty creepy dream. That might be some other factor though.

      ...Bump?

Such a pity I don't much care for raw banana. I like sauteeing them in butter and adding brown sugar to make a caramel sauce, but I learned in nutrition class that heat tends to destroy the vitamin content of fruits and vegetables. *sigh*

I used to have these every day for an entire grade when I was younger. I'll post the results eventually...

Lol I've been doing this about 5 nights a week for the past month. But instead of milk, I drink apple juice. Milk definitely goes better with it, but I reqad somewhere in this forum that apple juice also helps with dream recall or somethin.

      Heres the link
      Apple Juice = Vivid dream?

I can tell you that whenever I eat this combination before I go to bed, I have the most craziest dreams haha
      And very great vividness.

Milk is also rich in vitamin b12, so that will help if the sandwich theory is correct (I still have to try it!)

Apple juice certainly helps with vivid dreams. Both my bro and I had vivid dreams after having a glass before sleeping. I dunno about the sandwich though. Sounds like something to try.

I am trying peanut butter for vividness and it definitely works but I am looking for something to help get more lucid. I have bananas everyday with no noticeable difference. Still different things react differently with each person.

Nutritionally peanut butter has a huge effect on dreams
(I forget which ingredient/compound it is exactly...I want to say B6?)
