      B100 complex Amazing

      I have tried b100 complex many times. Not all of these times have been fruitfull but overall i would say they work very well. They should just relabel it the dream drug because it gives me amazing dreams that are vivid and it increases recall. You can purchase it at any grocery store. I should say that i do not recomend taking these alot as high doses will cause nerve damage, it is simply a little boost for those of us who need it.

      Ingredient Information:
      Vitamins: Vitamin B1 (thiamine mononitrate) 100 mg; Vitamin B2 (riboflavin) 100 mg; Niacinamide 100 mg; Vitamin B6 (pyridoxine hydrochloride) 100 mg; Vitamin B12 (cyanocobalamin) 100 mcg; Biotin (d-biotin) 100 mcg; Pantothenic Acid (calcium d-pantothenate) 100 mg; Folic Acid .0.4 mg

      Lipotropic Factors: Choline Bitartrate 100 mg; Inositol 100 mg. Also contains: PABA (Para-Aminobenzoic Acid)

      and how many times you had a dreams without b100?

      Its hard to say exactly how many dreams i have had with B100. It must be alot though because i have tried many times. As for when i am not on B100 i have had even more. The difference is in vividness and memory. B vitamins are known to increase vividness and choline bitartrate increases your recall. As for lucidity, their is no effect as far as i can tell.

      Have you tried b100

      not yet i intend to figure out what im buying before i buy it
      besides wont probably effect me becouse i see many many dreams all day and night
      witch are really vivid
