      B6 is a vitamin that increases brain activity and can, or should i say cuases more vivid dreams.
      Ive been reading a bit on the subject around this Forum, but i havent seen any *when to take it* info

      Myself have been trying B6 a couple of times but only just before goin to sleep, yes ive noticed more vividness of my dreams but my question is: Does it help more if I wake up after maybe 3 - 5hours and then pop em for more effect than takin the pills right before bedtime?

      No. Not form what i have read.
      Your body will use the amount of of the B Vitamin that it needs. Using over what is efficient can cause toxicity with some supplements or secreted when our body does not need it.
      Because the B6 vitamin helps neurological functioning does not mean that MORE of it will create the brain to have new activity of sorts.

      Hmm it should work the way i said it to work, since when ive dosed 2mg of B6 wich is the dose a male need per day i dont get any vivid dreams compared to when i take like 100mg of b6. Toxity should occur at the amount of 350+ from what ive read.

      But thats not the question really, what i wanted to know is.. when to pop the pills? best before bed time of after som hours of sleep?

      although im not sure about b6, alot of vitamins and just any thing that is injested really, will take about 30 min to an hour just to start to effect the way the body functions. some thing that effects the brain may take longer or be quicker, like alcohol. im not really an expert on the subject, but i would say an hour before you sleep every other night would be good. about getting a toxic amount, i wouldnt be too worried, it is water soluble, meaning what you dont use just gets pissed out, to a point. this doesnt mean your body wont use more than it can handle though.

      My experience with B6 has not had any consistancy really.

      I usually have vivid dreams whenever i take it (granted i have not been experimenting with it lately) but i only go lucid about 50% of the time. It seems like my dreams have more clarity in them when i took B6, but my dream recall didnt increase either. I&#39;m going to try some more with B6 and maybe repost if anything interesting happens or if i get consistant results.

      This seems to work well for most people, a while back on here B6 was used widely...

      Agreed, I&#39;m a fan of B6 and it does increase the vividness and details of dreams but doesnt always cause a lucid. I think its a great AID when you&#39;re working on obtaining a lucid or other lucid experiments. It gives you that boost of clarity and you shouldnt take all the time. It can defintely loose its effect.

      My next test was Howetzer&#39;s post regarding Vitamin E. Was there a particular vitamin E (or number) or just E?
