2mg is too low a dose to do you much good.
The standard LD dose I've encountered is 50mg, which is what I take.
Occasionally, i've heard of people taking 100, but that's just a bit excessive, in my opinion.
I'd invest in a bottle of 50mg B6 pills. They aren't terribly expensive, running maybe, 6-7 dollars for a decent sized bottle.
Take it maybe 30 minutes before bed on an empty stomach.
