We use Bach Rescue Remedy at the hospital where I work. It comes in a cream, spray, and liquid. It works for some cats, but not others, probably depending on the degree of anxiety and other factors. It's also used for dogs (and of course, humans), and is sold at health food stores. I haven't tried it on myself ~ I'm not stressed enough to need to.![]()

They are not "Drugs" in the regular sense and you can suffer no, and I repeat, NO adverse side effect from these, or any other homeopathic for that matter, because there is no drug in them, only the vibrational essence of the particular plant species which, as untraditional as this may be to you, do the work. What exactly are these? Grain alcohol infused with the vibrational energy of the species, and you take drops directly or in water.
