i saw an energy drink lastnight that had 250% B6 in it..whatever that means.lol
3 times this month I had vivid dreams. I noted I had them when I had an energy drink alternative to my usual brand.
It's called "Hype". It has 5 mg of B6 per 250 ml. I usually have 2 during the day.
So, can 10 mg of B6 have an effect on my dreams?
I was not lucid in those dreams and they were pretty stupid.

250% B6 should translate to about 5-8 mg.
Anyway, to Icuurd: Yeah, I think 10 mg might be enough to affect a dream. It depends on the person, but some people do notice effects with that small of a dose. Although, I would be interested in what else is the drink, since there are other chemicals with more of an effect than B6 at those levels...perhaps even the caffeine could be partially responsible. I always notice more vivid dreams on nights when I drink Chai tea before bed, and Chai is a pretty caffeinated beverage, as are energy drinks...

Well, I had 2 Red Rain today. Has the same basic ingredients as Red Bull and Hype.
The ingredients are listed on the can.
Taurine 1 gram (1000 milligram)
D-glucorandactone 600 milligram
Cafeine 80 mg (Hype and Red Bull have 1000 milligrams I think)
Niodnaminde 20 mg
Pamtathenic acid 5 mg
b6 5 mg
b12 5 mg
Carbonated water
sugar and/or glucose fructose
malic acid
sodium ??rate (not nitrate)
potassiun benzate
Inosital
color
It's hard to read the names, the printing is a bit off.
So, I had 2 today. We'll see tonight. I hadn't had any in a week so the effect should be more noticeable. I'll keep you posted.

Awesome, tell us how it goes.
The only annoying part is it's hard to separate all the variables--to tell whether it's the Taurine, Cafeine, Niodnaminde, etc that is giving you the dreams. To tell, you'd have to take each individually, and perhaps multiple supplements at once--it could be a synergetic effect of sorts.
But hey, if it works, why not just keep drinkin' and stop thinkin'? Well, not entirely, but you get the idea.

Well, I have some results from my Hype test. I had visual imagery dreams and a story type dream.
Dream
To be sure, I am not going to take any energy drinks this week and see if the dreams are different. I’ll try again in a week.
