Well, I've been experimenting with Galantamine and choline as well. I suggest, taking 4mg of Galantamine and 500mg of Choline. Melatonin is my preferred choice 30 min before bed. I highly doubt that the melatonin is going to hurt your chances of lucidity with taking galantamine and choline. So to get down to it, pop the melatonin before bed, wake up about 4.5 hours in the night, then pop the choline and galantamine.
I would suggest WILDing, but if you are having trouble falling asleep, just get LDing on your mind, then fall asleep as fast as possible. Pretty much just right after you take the 2. Don't worry, just believe it works, because you will most likely be surprised seeing yourself in the lucid dream. Remember, if you try to WILD, focus on the "falling" feeling, hence falling asleep.
