1. Drink the warm milk a little before you go to bed, maybe like 10 minutes.
2. Eat the chocolate after like 5-7 hours of sleep (if that's 3 AM for you).
3. Try 100 mg at first, up it if you don't see results and down it if you get nightmares. Don't take it more than twice a week or it'll cause reversable neurological (sp?) to your arms and I'm too stupid to remember but I think your legs to. The means it's sort of numb![]()
4. In the middle of the night, like the time you would eat your chocolate.
