I mean, I read your entire post, and up until you said that I took it somewhat seriously. But then you say that you have to believe in something which helps people with trouble believing.

Honestly, this system is incredibly overcomplicated. Putting tags on things that say how much you have to have in belief-points or whatever? Then making it into a smaller number so you don't have to believe as much? The only way this works is by distracting someone from the fact that the thing is impossible.
It goes against all logic too. Belief isn't a currency, and I'm not going to turn it into one.
Anyway, the best way to do things in dreams that are "impossible," just think, "I can do this because it's a dream." Some people say that will reduce the realism of your dream or some stupid shit like that, but nothing will happen if you don't over-think it.
