From my knowledge Calea Zacatechichi does seem to work for people, but some say it does nothing for them.

Some say you must use it reguarly before you start noticing any effects. So I would say when you smoke the stuff and it doesn't work, just try it for a week or two every night and see if you get any results. If not you can pretty much assume it does not work

So my friend recieved the stuff in the mail today marking I day 1 of my experiment. I will start off with a small dose and note the effects today and gradually increase the amount daily. I should have enough for at least 1 week. Wish me luck I'll keep you all updated on my experiences and my friend's as well.

I started off the first day with about a one gram dose of the blend, which looked like a good amount. I did a little research and found that this was a pretty small dose so I felt it was the ideal starting point. As for effects, there was nothing majorly significant about it although I did have a better ability to recall my dreams than previously. I remembered more dreams during the night and I felt possibly a bit more aware in my dreams. It seems to work so I will up the dosage tonight and report back tomorrow I guess.

Got some of the mix a while ago. I practically don't smoke at all, so I'm going to look like a total noob and ask - how do you make a joint out of it? Do you need to grind it first? Roll into a small cigarette or the bigger 'tube'? It seems to be too dry to hold.

The tea doesn't taste too delicious either, but what a man won't do for a lucid dream hehe.

I have used Calea in the past from I am shaman actually. I also had a couple of my friends try it. For me personally it did not help, and made me sleep a lot longer than usual. However, a couple of my friends said they had very vivid dreams using it. Guess it depends on the person.

I personally have never tried it, but I have had other tea from this maker and it is phenomenal. I assume it's quite good, it's out of stock quite a bit, but I am ordering this really soon.
