Yes, they're normally called lucid aids. (Because they increase recall or vividness, so chances of becoming lucid are much higher.)
Moved to lucid aids.
I'm not an avid lucid dreamer, but every few days I'll try and go for a lucid dream. I do a lot of reading on webpages and what not about things that you can do to help gain lucidity, and one of the things I came across was that people could eat certain foods and ingredients in them would help with lucid dreaming. I remember that one of the most helpful was ones was pretty much any dairy product, specifically milk and cheese.
Have you all ever come across things like this? Do any foods help you have lucid dreams?

Chocolate, peanut butter, and spicey foods have common 'dream traits'.
By far, Mothra (in all of it's forms) is the worst kaiju of all time.
I don't think cheese helps at all. Why do I say that? I eat cheese on a daily basis in both morning and night in some cases and the night ones happen to be maybe 2-3hours before bed and my recall is still the same as it was before. Note, I've been eating cheese at night for many years, lol![]()
