I use subliminal messages all the time and have gotten pretty good at making them. I did one for stress relief, running, and kicking a caffeine addiction. All of them worked and each did so better than the previous one.

It's almost done. Unlike the other lucid mp3s that I've seen, this one implants a subliminal message into the subconscious rather than having comprehendible speech talking to you. This allows the messages to skip all of your conscious filters and let your subconscious try and figure it out (which it what it is doing when you dream.)

You figure out the message in your dream which will then tell you to check your reality. Listening to it right before going to bed (not during sleep) will give your subconscious enough time to decrypt it for your REM cycle to kick in. There is one understandable message in the whole thing to gear you in the right direction.

The biggest problem so far: I have dial up and the mp3 is 25MB.

How many people have iTunes? I don't think Windows Media Player can read an m4a.

I will deem it ready when I have a SILD from it.

I got it finished, but I haven't been able to find a file host. Most of them get about halfway done then stop, some finish and then stall on verifying. Where is a good one?

There are various subliminal message programs on the computer which you can download. I downloaded one, where you think of the messages you wantto send to your brain like:
I lucid dream regularly
I am happy
ect ect
and they flash randomly across the computer screen so you do not hav time to read them but your subconscious understands them.

Yeah, we will be your trial group, upload it in Mp3 form and start seeing if it works. There are many ways to convert it, so just post it up when you've got it done.

I will upload it overnight tonight and will be up by ten o'clock tomorrow.

Mediafire sucks. It would upload the entire file, then stall on verifying it, I'm trying wikiupload now. I keep having a problem though, it seems the last updates (10.4.10) did something to Internet Connect. On Dial-up it asks me every half hour to verify that I know that I'm still online and if I don't respond it disconnects.

Does anyone know how to keep this from happening, there are no preferences. It's not that big of a deal, worst case scenario is that I use a PC, but it sure is annoying.
